Laura Fuhrman, Client Services Director
Dawn has a passion for helping others cope with challenging life experiences. She approaches her counseling with a holistic viewpoint – ministering to a person’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Laura graduated from Augustana College with a degree in Social Work.
Kay Thibodeaux, Executive Director
As Director of Alpha since October 2008, Kay carries out the vision established by the Board of Directors. Under her supervision, Alpha has added the Pregnancy 101 & Parenting 101 classes and streamlined our material services processes. Her focus is on creating relationships with our clients and educating them so that they can be self-sufficient, productive members of our community during and after their crisis pregnancy.
We also have a variety of Volunteer Peer Counselors who have been thoroughly trained to assist our clients in all aspects of our services.
