Ianthe Hermann, President
A long-time professional direct seller, Ianthe has had the privilege of being the board Chairman for the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce. She continues to be in a leadership position with her company and other organizations she belongs to. Ianthe is a resident of Apple Valley and attends Hosanna in Lakeville. Watching Alpha PRC grow and help women has been very rewarding. Ianthe has previous experience in a hospital/clinic setting with teens and young adults who experienced unplanned pregnancies.
Pam Ricker, CPA, Treasurer
Pam Ricker, the owner of Ricker and Associates, has been in public accounting since 1980. She obtained her CPA certification in 1992. She has always worked with firms specializing in small business accounting and income taxes. From 1996 through 2001, she had the position of corporate controller for a group of equipment and special events rental stores. She has been with Ricker and Associates since 2001. She and her husband, Dave, attend a Catholic church in Plymouth. Pam was recently one of three finalists for Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year with the TwinWest Chamber.
Michele Lein, Secretary
Wife, mother, foster parent, adoptive parent, La Leche League consultant, and prayer warrior extraordinaire, Michele is actively involved in the pro-life movement. Michele participates with Alpha as our Prayer Partner Coordinator, and as one of our instructors for our Pregnancy 101 Classes. She & her husband, Brad, own a business in Prior Lake and attend Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
Jason Haché
A native of Canada, Jason Haché came to live in Minnesota while attending Bethany College of Missions (BCOM) where he graduated at the top of his class with a BA in Cross Cultural Studies. After spending a year abroad working with Youth With A Mission in Ukraine, Jason now enjoys being on staff with BCOM serving as Registrar and the College Administrator. He is passionate about Jewish Roots and Orphan’s Ministry. Jason and his wife, Rebekah, along with their three young children, are active members of Bethany Church in Bloomington.
