You may volunteer your time and talents in numerous ways at Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center. We’ve provided a list of volunteer descriptions and some special projects where we could use your help. We welcome you to volunteer as individuals or as a group. These lists are updated regularly, so please check back often!
Concerned about your qualifications? You may be thinking, “I wouldn't know what to say or do to help a person in crisis”. If you have a heart to work directly with clients, Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center can offer the training you need to effectively assist people in crisis.

Volunteer Descriptions
| Gifted Area | Description |
| Peer Counselor | We provide the training, you provide the time! Peer counselors are men and women who serve at the center by providing a listening ear and resource options to clients who come to the center. |
| Receptionist | Can you warmly greet clients, schedule appointments for callers, direct calls, and assist the staff with clerical tasks? If so, we need you! |
| Medical Professionals | Are you a trained and licensed medical professional? We need people to work in conjunction with our physicians and Medical Director to provide support and care for our clients. |
| Special Events Volunteer | Are you too busy to volunteer time on a regular basis but interested in being involved? We need volunteers who will help when we have mailings to be stuffed, brochures distributed, and other special projects! |
| Maintenance Helpers | We need mechanically inclined people to assist with a wide variety of tasks from building maintenance to organizing to painting to cleaning the furnace. |
| Prayer Partner | We are enabled to effectively help clients because of the support of our prayer partners, can you commit to lifting up the center and its clients daily in your prayer time? If so, we need you! |
| Liaison | We need men and women who will learn about the center and its mission and services in order to share this information publicly at your churches, community groups, and more. |
| Abstinence Trainer | The best way to end the crisis of unplanned pregnancies in teens is to help teens understand and incorporate a lifestyle of abstinence. Can you speak boldly and effectively in schools to challenge teens to a life of purity? |
| Drivers | We need men and women who can pick up and deliver items when needed. |
| Lawyers | We and our clients regularly need legal assistance. Can you advise or help us when we need professional help? |
| Accountants | The center is in need of trained accountants to assist us in monthly, quarterly, and annual appraisals and maintenance. |
| Designers | The center needs trained designers to help us with all aspects of marketing—from graphic design to web design! |
| Technical Advisors | While our technology is limited at the center, we need trained people to make sure what we have is what we need and is working. Can you help us be effective and be on call when problems arise? |

Small Group Projects
